What are the parking rules for residents? 

Each unit has one (1) parking space in the driveway for residents. Units on Stephen Dr. may park two (2) vehicles in their driveway. Additional spaces are rented on a first-come, first-serve basis for a fee.  

 

What are the parking rules for visitors? 

Visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Valid visitor parking tags must be displayed for overnight visitor parking. Visitors are permitted to park no more than two (2) consecutive nights. Visitor parking is monitored. Each unit is given one (1) visitor parking tag. 

 

Are there restrictions regarding changes to the common elements? 

The written consent of the Board is required for changes to be made to the exclusive use common elements. 

 

Is there sub-metering of utilities? 

No. 

 

Are there any unusual maintenance items? 

Residents are responsible for shoveling their own driveways and steps.  

 

Wear and tear of Corporation owned elements are the responsibility of the owner.  

 

Are there any bulk utilities included in the common expenses? 

No. 

 

Is there private waste pickup? 

Yes. Waste is to be sorted into black bags (garbage) and blue bags (recycling) for collection on Monday mornings.
